Defending front row attacks!

There are many types of tactics and moves to be learnt in order to defend well.

Defending, I feel, is the most important position in table football (yes one could argue that both defending and attacking are equally important, but you know what I mean!). It also takes the right thinker to be able to defend well. You need quick reactions, good strategy/misdirection and most importantly you need to be able to learn and anticipate your attacker's moves to be able to block them.

I will run through the basic but main principals of defending. Describing this in words is very difficult. Therefore I'll show you with photos and a brief description as to what is going on. Follow the links below:
